1. Delivery and Descretion
All deliveries are packed and delivered in completely neutral boxes. Dispatcher is SeedZone. In countries of the European Union we generally only send by insured delivery.

Importing, stocking and supplying hemp seed is exempted from regulation under the 1961 u.n. Single Convention on narcotic drugs and affiliated international treaties.

In countries such as the Netherlands, freedom to trade hemp seed is clearly incorporated in the national Opium or Narcotics Act legislation.

Warning! Regulation and implementation in respect of hemp seed often differ from country to country. For this reason we advise you as a matter of urgency to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject.

Sometimes an exemption can be obtained for the industrial, medical and agricultural applications of hemp seed. In a number of countries trade of hemp seed does not require a permit. However, a notification requirement is sometimes imposed in the event that hemp seed is imported or exported for the purposes mentioned above. If notification requirement is applicable, you should in good time inform us, the authorities or both.

We dispatch our seeds on the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable local law. SeedZone does not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law and does not accept any product liability.

You are prohibited from purchasing cannabis seeds from countries where possession of and/or trafficking in Cannabis seeds is illegal, for example United States of America, Australia, parts of Asia, Luxembourg, Norway or any other countries where traffic of Cannabis seeds is considered illicit. Additionally SeedZone does not distribute any seeds to or within countries where trade of hemp/cannabis seed is illegal.

Please note: you have to be at least 18 years old to order cannabis seeds!


2. Availability and Time of Delivery
All articles within the shop are available! All international deliveries are executed per air mail! The delivery times for international deliveries are as follows:

Netherlands 2-5 Business days
Europe 5-10 Business days
All values without guarantee.

2.1. Availability of Debit
Debit only can be used within the Netherlands.

2.2. Time of Delivery in case of Prepayment / Bank transfer
If you order by prepayment the delivery can take place as soon as your payment is received on our account. Dependent from Bank and Country where you live this may take 1-10 working days. Please transfer the requested amount immediately as we cannot guarantee the availability of the product after 5 working days. If we have not received your payment within 10 business days your order will be deleted.

3. Payments and Shipping
To buy our products within the SeedZone we offer the following payment systems: Bank transfer/ Direct Debit (Payments are made out to SeedZone). We accept VISA and Eurocard/ Mastercard.

3.2 Free Shipping (Within Europe) Free shipping is only applicable for orders sent by regular mail. If you wish to have your product delivered by DHL please contact us. In that case regular DHL shipping costs (79 euros) will be added to your order.

4. Legal issues
Please inform yourself about legal issues within your country! The customer imports the products and commits himself to follow the legal terms of the country where he receives the goods. The customer has to make sure that the ordered products are allowed to be imported into the country he wishes to. The customers commits also to consider the customs duties of the delivery country. We indicate herewith that the import of special goods may be limited by law and the purchaser is responsible for the payment of existing and future taxes, charges, customs or handlings costs that my be caused by the authorities. Seedzone will not pay back any amount or redeliver goods in case of impoundment.

5. Returns
The customer may return product 14 days after receivement. Returns have to be announced by letter, fax or eMail! The delivery costs for the return has to be taken by the customer. It is not possible to return products that are taken out of their seal! The customer commits to the final purchase of the product(s) if the seal of a product is removed or destroyed!

6. Prices and Minimum Orders
All prices include the legal VAT of 21% for regular good and/or 6% for Hemp seed.
Within the SeedZone.com website there is NO MINIMUM ORDER VALUE!

7. Other
Orders by prepayment, which are not credited to our account within 10 working days will be cancelled! Any charge back will produce additional administration costs of 50 Euro, which we will debit you! Customers which produce chargebacks will not be able to order products from SeedZone in the future!
